Here & Now: A Winter Story Session for Moms with Littles
Winter looks different than the rest of the year.
It’s quieter. Slower. More time inside. More moments that happen in between the busy.
And while spring and fall tend to get all the attention for family photos, winter holds some of the most meaningful moments of all—the ones that are often overlooked because they feel ordinary.
The way your toddler climbs into your lap without asking. The tiny hands reaching for your face. The giggles on the couch. The quiet snuggles before nap time.
These moments don’t stay forever.
That’s why I created my Here & Now Winter Story Sessions—a limited February offering designed specifically for moms with littles who want to remember this season exactly as it is.
What Is a Here & Now Winter Story Session?
This is not a traditional family photo session.
A Here & Now Winter Story Session focuses on one simple story from your everyday life, captured in a natural, relaxed, and connection-driven way.
Rather than multiple setups, outfits, and locations, we slow things down and lean into what already exists:
- Morning snuggles
- Reading books together
- Baking cookies
- Playing in the living room
- Rocking your baby
- Bedtime routines
No pressure. No perfect posing. Just real moments, gently guided.

Who These Sessions Are For
These sessions are designed for:
- Moms with babies, toddlers, and young kids
- Families who value connection over perfection
- Parents who want photos that feel like their real life
- Anyone who wants to remember the small moments before they change
If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t want anything fancy, I just want photos that feel like us,” this session was created for you.

Why Winter Is the Perfect Time
Winter naturally invites us to slow down.
We spend more time inside. We move at a gentler pace. Our homes feel cozier.
That creates the perfect environment for storytelling.
Instead of worrying about weather, wind, or cold fingers, we focus on what matters most—your connection with your child.
Some of the most meaningful images come from these quieter seasons.
If you’re expecting a new baby, you may also be interested in my Lifestyle Newborn Sessions, which focus on documenting those early days at home in a natural and relaxed way.

A Valentine’s-Inspired Focus on Love
February often centers around love in a romantic sense.
But this offer is about another kind of love—the everyday, steady, unconditional love between you and your child.
The kind of love that shows up in routines, in small gestures, and in the ordinary moments that become extraordinary with time.
These sessions are a way to honor that love.
